How do I send Picaso pictures using Windows Mail?

Subscriber requested assistance sending Picaso pictures via Windows Mail. Configured Windows Mail to the correct pop and smtp server for sbcglobal.net account. Testing it until picture was sent. (outgoing must authenticate, outgoing set port 465 with ssl, incoming port set 965 set with ssl.)
