In the Words of our Customer
I had a computer virus and was not able to visit several sites or download an antivirus except for the one that was hijacking my computer and was only going to charge me $59.99. I figured calling support would give me one more option before having to make a bigger purchase. It was inexpensive and easy. Troy connected to my computer and basically did all the driving and after 2 hours on the phone with Troy my computer was running better than it had been for months. He's a life saver.
