Concered that computer is infected with Conficker

Customer Tech Support Issues

Confirmed for subscriber that the computer was not infected with the Conficker virus and that the threatening call she received was incorrect.  Conficker Eye Chart came back negative for the Conficker virus.  Helped the customer upgrade to the latest version of FireFox and set as default browser at the request of the customer.
