Windows Media Player and Outlook Problems

Subscriber reporting very poor computer performance, Outlook issues and Windows Media Player problems. The .pst file in Outlook was corrupted - ran SCANPST.exe to fix the Outlook errors. Windows Media Player is stuck in a restart loop. Needed to install the Windows Genuine Advantage tool and then reinstall Windows Media Player 11 to get it to work. Ran computer through a System TuneUp to improve performance and optimize settings.
