Customer Tech Support Issues
Customer called in because the system won't start. Before calling, the customer had already completed a repair install, but it didn't work. To address the problem, created a parallel install, installed all drivers and migrated the data from the corrupted installation.

I paid extra for tech support when I bought my laptop. Saturday morning my xp pro system wouldn't open into my desktop or other areas of my computer. I called the tech support that I paid for with my computer - after working with 3 tech suport people and 11 hours on the phone w/them - there final conclusion was that I needed to reformat my hard drive & reinstall windows & then re-install all of my programs. I went on line found your number and called; Alex was EXCELLENT! He fixed it w/out reformating my HD.
