Shelly Schaffer

Ms. Schaffer joined Support.com in February of 2008 and serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Schaffer joined Support.com from Yahoo! Inc where she served as vice president, corporate operations finance from January 2007 until February 2008.
Prior to that Ms. Schaffer worked as an executive at Mercury Interactive in a number of finance roles of increasing responsibility from September 2003 to December 2006 during which period it was acquired by Hewlett Packard. These roles included vice president of strategic finance and treasury and vice president of financial planning and analysis.
Previously, Ms. Schaffer held senior finance roles spanning over a decade with The Coca Cola Company, Nestle Beverage Company, and Cosine Communications. Ms. Schaffer graduated from the University of South Florida earning an MBA and received a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Florida Southern College.
