Rich brings more than 15 years of product management and software development experience for cutting-edge customer service organizations. In his current role, Rich leads our team of super-talented engineers in building the proprietary suite of technologies that enable, guide and optimize our innovative services to consumers and small businesses. Prior to joining Support.com, Rich managed and delivered large-scale systems development projects in the areas of CRM and data warehousing for Deloitte Consulting. Rich holds a B.A. in Economics with high honors from Pomona College.
