Paul is responsible for managing all of the components that make up our Service Delivery Solutions Center including the PTE organization, training and documentation, quality improvement/Six Sigma, workforce planning and the command center. Paul is a veteran contact center operations leader with over 25 years experience managing from startup to large, complex operations in the sales, service and technical support arenas. Having started his career with Digital Equipment Corporation his journey also includes consumer and small business support at companies like Intuit where he managed their North American Call Center Operation.
