Mr. Linton has served as a member of the Board since February 2010. Mr. Linton held executive positions at eBay from December 2006 to March 2009, including Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President for eBay Motors, eBay Canada, Half.com, eBay Stores and ProStores. Prior to this, Mr. Linton was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Best Buy Co., Inc., a specialty retailer of consumer-electronics and related products and services, from January 1999 through August 2006. Mr. Linton also serves on the board of directors of Peets Coffee and Tea. Mr. Linton holds a BSBA in Business and Marketing Research from Bowling Green State University, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
