James drives the product strategy for Support.com’s technology services offerings. James has over 20 years experience in software and technology services companies. Prior to joining Support.com, James led Portal Software (now part of Oracle) into the wireless market and held various roles at Nortel Networks. James graduated from the University of Waterloo (Computer Engineering) and the University of Toronto (MBA).
