Support.com Soars past Two Million Computers Serviced

 Redwood City, CA, March 5, 2012— Support.com (NASDAQ: SPRT), a provider of cloud-based technology support services and software for consumers and small business, today announced it has serviced more than two million computers via its patented remote technology support platform. Support.com delivers technology and device support services and software to consumers and small businesses by partnering with many of the nation's leading broadband service providers, retailers, and technology providers.
 
According to Parks Associates revenues for U.S. consumer and SMB technology support services will grow from $16 billion in 2011 to approximately $32 billion in 2015. Support.com, which handles thousands of support interactions daily, is positioned to capitalize on this growing market by providing consumers and small businesses with a wide range of high quality support services and a broad selection of award-winning software products designed for PC optimization and protection.
