Gratuity
This is a deferred benefit that you will accrue if you serve the company for at least 5 years. It is paid as per the Gratuity Act. On your separation, you are entitled to 15 days of your basic (last drawn) for every completed year of service.

A total of 12 holidays per year
Paid Vacation
Full time permanent employees are eligible for 15 days of earned leave per year. The maximum leave that can be accrued is 30 days.
Full time permanent employees will also be eligible for 12 days of sick-cum-casual leave during the calendar year. Any unused leave will lapse at the end of the calendar year. All leave is calculated on a prorated basis.
Educational Reimbursement Program
Reimbursement can be availed for tuition fees, upon approval.
High Speed Internet Reimbursement
The company will reimburse a pre-determined amount, towards high speed internet subscription, based on actual expenses.
